Great thoughts, Sarah, about a pertinent issue.
I can still remember the refrain heard at one of my little one's nursery school (spoken by a 2 1/2 year old): "I'm gonna tell my mommy what you did... push me bite me."
You did a good job to not minimize the infraction, yet at the same time offer hope. Hope for the parents, and hope for the precious little one.
Hope in anticipation and attention.
Hope in observation (see Proverbs 29:15).
Hope in teaching communication. A momma may be frustrated, but she and the dad _are_ the teachers, and can teach those little ones about trusting God as they coping with life.
Hope in distraction, and hope in discipline and restoration (see Psalm 51).
Thank you for addressing this issue, for speaking the truth in love (Ephesians 4:15), and for offering hope and help to other parents as together we travel the path of rearing our beloved children!

Sarah, I absolutely love your website. You have such a wonderfully refreshing perspective on life and family matters. You're an amazingly talented person!!!! I really admire you!

I really enjoyed the biting blog. Sometimes we get so frustrated we forget that there are reasons why children act out, and that there are some relatively simple solutions.

I'm looking forward to reading more!!!!
